Write to us if you want to:

• tell us that an answer or a page is wrong or out of date (the question you asked and what is wrong is enough);
• correct something about your own office or website;
• ask our crawler to stop, slow down or be allowed on your website (see our crawler);
• tell us what the site should answer and does not.

Please do not send your CNIC number, passwords, bank or card details, or private documents. We do not need them and cannot use them.

Every answer has a report link. The report form needs no account and no personal details. Reports and messages are read by the people who run Ask About AJK. We cannot promise to reply to every message, but information that is reported as wrong is corrected or removed.

Ask About AJK is not a government office. We cannot apply for a document for you, change a record, take a fee or decide a case. For those, go to the office that is responsible: the answers tell you which one, with its official page.
